Designed for your workforce.

Corporate wellness and movement classes are tailored for your workforce’s space, time, and needs.

Pilates, yoga and Franklin Method® movement classes can either be done with a yoga mat, or at the desk, and range from 20 - 60 minutes.

We can host corporate wellness classes in-person at Miami-based workplaces, or virtually via Zoom (or other video conferencing service) at workplaces all over the world.

Mat/floor Pilates and yoga: 30-, 45- or 60-minute movement classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

Midday Energy Boost: Get the blood flowing with a 20-minute energy boost your employees can do virtually, from their desk.

Sit to be fit: A class dedicated to posture exercises to relieve back and neck/shoulder pain and pressure.

Ball and bands: Franklin Method® class that uses massage/release balls and resistance bands to build postural muscles while relieving stress and tension.
